Jay Heino helped me land a manager role at a Fortune 100 firm in 2013. I find that most recruiters lack basic communications skills particularly listening. In fact, I generally refuse to take calls or emails from recruiters, the majority of whom I believe are too pushy and will go to great lengths to complete a deal.
